
The objective of AGEP is to increase enrollment of minority students in doctoral
programs in Chemistry, Chemical Physics, Biology, Mathematics, Civil Engineering,
Chemical Engineering, Marine Sciences, and Computational Sciences and Engineering.

Application Requirements: |
- Be a US citizen or permanent resident
- Be a student in good standing
- Have more than two years in a Ph.D. program (Ph.D. candidacy required)
- Progress Report from previous RCSE Fellowships, if applicable
- Satisfactory academic progress according to program’s schedule (transcript)
- Official transcript from undergraduate and graduate institutions
- List of extracurricular activities
- Statement of professional goals (1 page)
- Brief thesis research proposal (3-4 pages) signed by advisor
- List of authored or co-authored publications and presentations
- Two letters of recommendation (one from thesis advisor)
- Fill out application form and submit with all required documents
