Application Requirements: |
- Have a minimum 3.0 GPA on 4.0 scale
- Evidence of Ph.D. candidacy
- Evidence of satisfactory academic progress according to the program’s schedule
- Official transcript from undergraduate and graduate institutions
- Applicants must have as their mentor/advisor an IFN Researcher by the time that the fellowship is awarded.
- Two letters of recommendation (download online reference form): one must be from your IFN mentor and one from another nanotechnology researcher. The letter from the IFN mentor/advisor must state the specific IFN project in which the student will be working.
- Brief thesis research proposal (3-4 pages) signed by the IFN mentor
- List of authored or co-authored publications and presentations. Make two lists: a) Publications and presentations after entering the doctoral program ; b) Publications and presentations before entering the doctoral program
- Download and complete the application form and submit with all required documents
